The Channel Accounts tab in Aloware displays all SMS and MMS campaign lines linked to HubSpot Inboxes. It provides a clear view of which lines are active and allows you to troubleshoot connection issues.
You can also manually sync updates with HubSpot from this tab, ensuring your communication channels remain aligned with your HubSpot workflows.
How to access channel accounts tab
In your Aloware account, go to Integrations.
Select HubSpot.
Click the Channel Accounts tab to see all connected and unconnected lines.
Understanding the channel accounts page
Connected lines
The Connected lines section lists all Aloware SMS/MMS campaign lines currently integrated with a HubSpot Inbox. This view helps you verify active lines, confirm their messaging capabilities, and check if any are experiencing issues.
For each connected line, you can review:
Line Name/ ID – the label or unique identifier for the campaign line in Aloware. Clicking the name opens its configuration page.
Phone number – the phone number assigned to the line.
HubSpot inbox – The connected inbox in HubSpot. Clicking opens its settings.
Status – displays whether the line is active, inactive, or has a connection issue.
Message capabilities – shows if the line can send/receive SMS and MMS, or if capability has been lost.
This section provides a quick way to confirm that your key communication lines are functioning as expected and correctly linked to HubSpot.
Problematic lines
Any Aloware campaign line that cannot send or receive messages through HubSpot appears in the Problematic Lines section. These lines require attention to restore full functionality.
Common issues include:
Lost SMS/MMS Capability – the line’s phone number has been removed or switched to calling-only.
Sync issues – the connection to HubSpot failed or is out of date.
Inactive HubSpot inbox – The linked inbox in HubSpot is deactivated or deleted.
This section centralizes all known issues so you can quickly identify and resolve integration problems before they disrupt communication.
Lines not connected
The Lines not connected section lists Aloware campaign lines that have not been linked to any HubSpot Inbox.
These lines are available for use when creating new HubSpot channels. By connecting them, you can expand messaging coverage or assign additional lines to specific teams or campaigns.
Syncing with HubSpot
If you’ve made changes in HubSpot such as adding inboxes, updating line assignments, or reactivating channels, and those updates are not reflected in Aloware, use the Sync with HubSpot button.
Location – top-right corner of the Channel Accounts tab.
Function – refreshes all line and account connection data from HubSpot.
Last Sync – displays the time and date of the most recent successful sync.
Manual syncing is especially useful after modifying HubSpot inbox configurations or when troubleshooting out-of-sync statuses.
Lines connected list
At the bottom of the page, the Lines Connected List provides a detailed summary of all active line-to-inbox connections.
This table shows:
Channel instance name – the name assigned to the integrated channel.
Campaign line ID – the unique ID of the Aloware campaign line.
HubSpot inbox – the ID of the linked HubSpot Inbox.
Status – whether the channel is active, inactive, or affected by issues such as lost SMS capability.
Line and inbox names are clickable, allowing quick navigation to their respective configuration pages.
