How agents use HubSpot deals in Aloware

View and manage HubSpot Deals in Aloware, send SMS or calls from Deals, and keep activities synced across contacts automatically.

Once the HubSpot Deals integration is set up, agents can view Deal context and communicate with contacts directly from both Aloware and HubSpot.

This allows conversations, Deal details, and activity history to stay aligned without switching between tools or manually updating records.


Viewing deals in the Aloware integration card

When an agent opens a contact in Aloware Talk, every HubSpot Deal associated with that contact appears in the Integrations card on the right-side panel.

Each entry shows the Deal Name, Amount, Pipeline, and current Stage. The Integration Card is the fastest way to see Deal context without switching tabs to HubSpot.

Steps to use the integration card

  1. Open a contact in Aloware Talk.

  2. Locate the Integrations card on the right-side panel.

  3. Review the list of associated Deals along with their Pipeline and Stage.

  4. Click the external-link icon next to a Deal to open it directly in HubSpot.

  5. Click Sync with HubSpot if Deal data looks outdated.


Sending SMS and making calls from a HubSpot deal

The Aloware Messenger and Dialer can be opened directly inside a HubSpot Deal record, so agents can send SMS or start calls without leaving HubSpot.

When a Deal has associated contacts, a picker allows the agent to choose the recipient.

If only one eligible contact is linked to the Deal, the Messenger opens with that contact pre-selected. If multiple contacts are linked, the picker displays all eligible contacts, which are those with a valid phone number synced to Aloware.

Contacts associated through a linked Company are also included. Each contact appears only once, even if they are linked through multiple associations.

After a message is sent, it is logged on the Deal, on the selected Contact, and on any related Company using the same rules as sending from the Contact view.

Steps to send an SMS from a Deal

  1. Open a HubSpot Deal with at least one associated Contact that has a phone number synced to Aloware

  2. Locate the Aloware CRM Card in the Deal view, usually in the right sidebar

  3. Click the SMS Messenger icon to open the messenger

  4. If a list of contacts appears, select the contact you want to message

  5. Type your message and send

  6. Open the Deal activity timeline and confirm the SMS is logged with the correct details

  7. Open the selected Contact record and confirm the SMS also appears on the Contact timeline

Company records receive engagement logs, for example SMS Sent, but do not receive full timeline events. Only Contact records receive the complete timeline entry.
