If you notice fewer contacts than expected, your visibility settings may be limiting what you can see.
Why this happens
Aloware’s visibility settings control which contacts and communications each user can view. If these are set to “Owned Only,” you’ll only see the contacts assigned to you.
Check the user's visibility settings
Visibility settings have options to limit the user's access to see contacts. To change the settings, follow these steps:
Go to the Users tab and search for your name.
Click Settings, then open the Visibility tab.
Update both Contact’s Visibility and Communications Visibility to Everything (not Owned Only).
