Steps to Fix Desktop App Issues

Dealing with desktop app issues can be frustrating, but we’re here to help! Follow these simple steps to delete app data in Windows and get your Aloware Talk app running smoothly again.


Option 1: Restart Aloware Talk

  1. Click the X button in the top-right corner of the Aloware Talk window to close it.

  2. Reopen Aloware Talk.

  3. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, proceed to Option 2.


Option 2: Quit the Aloware Talk App

For Windows:

  1. Using Task Manager:

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. Alternatively, right-click the taskbar and select "Task Manager."

    • Find Aloware Talk in the list of running applications.

    • Click on the app, then click the "End Task" button at the bottom-right corner.

  2. Using the System Tray:

    1. Look at the bottom-right corner of your screen. You will see the system tray with icons of running apps.

    2. Locate the Aloware Talk icon. Right-click on the icon.

    3. From the menu that appears, select "Quit," "Exit," or a similar option to close the app.


Relaunch the Aloware Talk App

Double-click the app’s shortcut on your desktop or find it in the Start menu and click to open it.
