Dynamic lists, or active lists in HubSpot automatically update based on set criteria. When synced with Aloware, these lists update hourly, ensuring your contact data remains current across both platforms.

Steps to sync a HubSpot dynamic list with Aloware
Create a dynamic list in HubSpot
Navigate to the Lists section in your HubSpot account and create a new dynamic list.
Define the criteria for the list carefully. For example, you might set criteria like "leads created in the last 30 days" or "customers with overdue payments." HubSpot will automatically update this list as contacts meet or fail to meet these conditions.
Import the HubSpot dynamic list to Aloware
In your Aloware Admin Panel, go to the Lists section, and click the Create List button.
Select Import from HubSpot List and choose your desired dynamic list.
Enable syncing
During the import process, make sure to enable the option "Keep list in sync with HubSpot". This ensures that your list in Aloware will automatically synchronize every hour, staying up-to-date with any changes made in HubSpot.
Monitor the status of your synced list
Once the import is complete, your list's syncing status will be displayed in the list dashboard in Aloware. This allows you to view when the last update occurred and confirm that the syncing process is working as intended.
Manually syncing dynamic lists in Aloware
Although Aloware updates synced HubSpot dynamic lists automatically every hour, there may be cases when you need immediate updates. In such instances, you can manually trigger a synchronization:
Open the List in Aloware.
Click the three-dot menu and click the "Sync with HubSpot" option to fetch the latest contacts immediately.
Key considerations for dynamic list synchronization
Dynamic lists are continuously updated in HubSpot based on the criteria you've defined. These updates are reflected in Aloware during the next scheduled hourly sync.
Synced lists in Aloware cannot be edited directly. Any changes to the list criteria should be made in HubSpot.
When automating contact updates, ensure the list criteria are specific enough to capture the intended contacts while excluding the unnecessary ones.
