Step 1: Enable call disposition mapping in Aloware integration settings

  1. Access integration settings - open Aloware and navigate to the integration settings menu.

  2. Enable editing - activate the Edit mode within the settings to allow modifications.

  3. Add call disposition mapping

    1. Select “add mapping” and choose the call disposition field.

    2. Map this field to the corresponding call outcome property in HubSpot. This property in HubSpot will reflect the call results from Aloware, such as "Completed," "Voicemail," or "No answer."

  4. Save the mapping - save the configuration after mapping the fields.

Step 2: Sync call dispositions to HubSpot

  1. Automatic sync - after saving the mapping, Aloware will automatically sync the call dispositions with HubSpot. This ensures that each call outcome in Aloware is accurately linked to the respective HubSpot contact.

  2. Verify the sync

    1. Select a contact in Aloware who has a recorded call disposition. Sync this contact with HubSpot.

    2. Verify that the call outcome in HubSpot matches the one in Aloware.

Bidirectional sync for updates between Aloware and HubSpot

If you update the call disposition in either Aloware or HubSpot, it will automatically update in the other platform due to the bidirectional sync.
