Step 1: Integrate Aloware with HubSpot
Integrate Aloware with HubSpot
Before mapping call dispositions, you must integrate Aloware with HubSpot.
Enable editing
After completing the integration, turn on the Edit Mode in the settings to allow changes to the integration configuration.
Add call disposition mapping
Select Add Mapping.
Choose the call disposition field in Aloware that you want to map (e.g., "Completed," "Voicemail," "No Answer").
Map this field to the corresponding call outcome property in HubSpot. This ensures that the call dispositions from Aloware will be reflected accurately in HubSpot.
Save the Mapping
After completing the mapping, click Save to store the configuration.

If the sync does not happen immediately, give it a few minutes. In some cases, it might take a short period for the update to reflect across both platforms.
