When agents create their personal lists, as an admin, you can convert these lists to public, making them available across your organization. You can view each user's personal lists by selecting the user from the Personal Lists tab in Aloware Talk.
Converting a Personal list to Public (Dynamic or Static) in Aloware Talk
Access Personal lists
Log into your Aloware Talk account.
Navigate to the Personal Lists tab.
Locate the list - Find the list that you want to convert to public.
Open the actions menu - click the three-dot menu located under the Actions column next to the list.
Convert the list - select convert list to Public from the dropdown menu.
Confirm conversion - the converted public list will maintain the same behavior, whether it was originally dynamic or static. It will now be shared across the organization.
Making a list public in Aloware admin
Log in to Aloware admin - access your Aloware admin account with your credentials.
Navigate to admin lists - go to the lists menu.
Enable public visibility
Find the list you want to make public.
Toggle the Show in Public Folder option to enable visibility for all agents.
Save your changes - click the Save button to apply the changes.
Accessing the public list - the newly converted public list will appear in the Public Lists section under the List Management menu in Aloware Talk. Agents can access and use these contacts in their workflows.
