If your team uses HubSpot Deals to track opportunities (like service requests, consultations, or sales pipelines), AloAi Agents can read that information and use it during conversations.

What AloAi can see

When a contact has an associated HubSpot Deal, the agent can retrieve details such as:

  • Deal stage (e.g., New, In Progress, Closed Won/Lost)

  • Amount (if your team tracks value)

  • Close date (expected or actual)

  • Deal name or type

  • Any deal properties your admin has enabled for syncing

This information is not stored inside Aloware. It is pulled live from HubSpot at the moment of the call or message, so it reflects the most recent updates.

What this allows the agent to do

When a contact has a linked HubSpot Deal, the agent can access key details such as the deal stage, expected or actual close date, deal amount, and deal name or type. Admins can also make additional deal properties available if needed.

This enables the agent to provide real-time answers during conversations, including:

  • Confirming the status of a request - the agent can immediately tell a caller where their request or task stands, for example, “Your installation request is still in the Scheduled stage.”

  • Providing context without transfers - the agent can share relevant deal details so the caller doesn’t need to be transferred, such as “Your consultation is set to close next Friday.”

  • Answering common questions instantly - basic inquiries like deal amounts or progress can be answered without manually looking up records, for example, “Yes, your quotation is still in progress.”

By accessing this information instantly, the agent reduces back-and-forth and prevents callers from having to wait while someone checks HubSpot manually.

What AloAi does not do

AloAi Agents have some limitations to keep in mind:

  • Does not create or update deals - agents only read deal information. They won’t create or modify HubSpot Deals unless your integration settings specifically allow it, and most accounts remain read-only.

  • Limited to associated contacts - agents can only access deals linked to the current contact. If no deal is associated, nothing will appear.

  • Not a CRM replacement - AloAi does not replace HubSpot’s reporting or pipeline management, your CRM remains the source of record.

Why this matters

For teams that manage pipelines, having deal information available during conversations makes a real difference.

Callers get up-to-date answers without needing to access internal tools, and agents can respond to questions like “What’s the status of my request?” without repeating information.

This keeps interactions consistent across multiple agents and ensures accuracy, since the data is pulled directly from HubSpot in real time.
