Insights: AloAi Agents call report

Review AloAi Agent call performance in Insights: KPIs, call and lead dispositions, sentiment, disconnection reasons, and daily call volume.

Written by Laarni D

The AloAi Agents report is a tab in the Insights section that shows call performance for your AloAi Agents. It gathers the key metrics for your AloAi Agent calls into one view, including call and lead dispositions, sentiment, disconnection reasons, daily volume, and a per-contact detail table.

The report shows data for your own account only, scoped to your login. It updates as you change the date range, so you can review results without contacting support.

Prerequisites

The tab appears automatically for accounts that have AloAi Agents enabled. There is nothing to configure inside the report.

If you do not see the AloAi Agents tab in Insights, your account does not have AloAi Agents enabled.

Opening the report

To view your AloAi Agent call performance, open the Insights section and select the AloAi Agents tab.

The report loads with your KPIs, charts, and the contact detail table for the current date range.

Reading the KPIs

Four KPIs sit at the top of the report and summarize activity across the selected date range:

  • Total calls: the number of AloAi Agent calls placed.

  • Average duration: the average length of those calls.

  • Total unique leads contacted: the count of distinct leads the agent reached.

  • Leads with contact disposition: the number of leads that have a recorded contact disposition.

Reading the charts

The report includes five visualizations that break down call activity from different angles.

Three pie charts show how calls and leads are distributed:

  • Calls by call disposition: the outcome recorded for each call.

  • Leads by contact disposition: the disposition assigned to each contacted lead.

  • Lead sentiment: the sentiment detected across leads.

A bar chart, calls by disconnection reason, shows why calls ended and groups them by reason.

A line chart, daily call volume, plots the number of calls per day across the selected range.

Using the contact detail table

The detail table lists one row per contact so you can review individual results. Each row shows the contact name, phone number, contact disposition, call disposition, total AloAi calls, last call date, and average duration.

Changing the date range

The date range controls every part of the report. Choose a preset such as the last 7 days or the last 30 days, or set a custom range. The KPIs, charts, and table all update to match the selected range.

Exporting data

You can share the report data with your team in two ways. Download the full dashboard as a single file, or export an individual graph card. Card exports are available as CSV, XLSX, JSON, or PNG.
