How to set up and log in to Aloware Talk 2

The Aloware Talk 2 mobile app allows agents and admins to access conversations, calls, and contacts directly from their mobile devices. This allows users to stay connected with customers and manage communications while away from their workstation.

This guide explains how to download the app, log in to your account, and configure the required permissions for notifications and calling.


Download the Aloware Talk 2 App

For iPhone users, the mobile app is available in the App Store.

  1. Search for Aloware Talk 2 – Business Phone and install the app on your device.

  2. Once the installation is complete, open the app to begin the login process.


Log in to your Aloware account

When you open the app, you will be prompted to sign in.

  1. Enter your Aloware username.

  2. Enter your password.

  3. Tap Login.

Complete two-factor authentication (2FA)

After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to complete two-factor authentication (2FA). This step is required to verify your identity before accessing the app.

  1. Check your email for the 6-digit verification code.

  2. Enter the code in the verification field in the Aloware Talk 2 app.

  3. Tap Verify to continue.

Once the code is validated, you will be logged in to your workspace.


Enabling notifications

After logging in, enable notifications so the app can alert you when new messages or calls arrive.

When prompted, tap Enable Notifications and allow notifications for the Aloware Talk 2 app on your device.

Make sure Show Previews is set to Always so message notifications can appear on your screen.


Accessing the microphone

To make and receive calls using the Aloware Talk 2 app, you must allow access to your device’s microphone.

When prompted:

  1. Tap Allow Microphone Access in the app.

  2. Select Allow in the iOS permission dialog.

Microphone access is required for voice calls and other voice-related features in the app.
