Step 4: Registering Lines in Aloware

Registering unregistered lines in Aloware A2P 10DLC compliance is a crucial step to ensure adherence to regulations and to maintain seamless messaging operations. Here's how to go about it:

  1. In your Aloware admin account, go to the compliance tab under the account menu, then click on the unregistered lines section.

  2. You will see a list of unregistered lines that require registration. Click on each unregistered line to initiate the registration process.

    1. Add to existing campaign - select this option if you want to add the lines to existing campaigns, then click the + button to add the lines.

Note that if a number is already assigned to a campaign, it cannot be added again.

  3. In the campaigns section, you can see the details of your campaign registration.

    1. ID - unique identifier for the campaign.

    2. Use case - specifies the purpose or use case of the campaign.

    3. Status - indicates the current status of your registration. It provides real-time information on the progress of the registration process, such as "pending", "approved", or "rejected".

    4. Submitted at - displays the date when the campaign registration details were submitted.

    5. Actions - provides an option to delete the campaign.

  4. Click the drop-down button to display the details of the campaign and the numbers assigned to the campaign.

  5. Register a new campaign - selecting this button will register the lines under a new campaign. Read this article to learn how to register your campaigns.

  6. The compliance team will review the submitted details, and once approved, the lines will be registered.

  7. After successful registration, you can use these lines for your SMS campaigns while ensuring compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations.

By registering unregistered lines, you not only comply with the rules but also maintain uninterrupted messaging capabilities for effective communication with your audience.
