If your call doesn’t connect and no microphone is detected, follow these steps:
Open Aloware in a Chrome tab.
Click the padlock icon next to the website URL.
Make sure the Microphone setting is set to Allow.
How to check your microphone input in Chrome settings
Chrome might be using the wrong microphone input (e.g., internal mic instead of headset).
Open a new Chrome tab and go to
chrome://settings
.In the search bar, type Microphone.
Click Site Settings > Microphone.
Choose the correct input device from the dropdown (e.g., USB headset).
