If you encounter errors related to sending SMS or MMS messages in your Aloware workflow, it's likely because the "User's Personal Line" is not assigned.

Error 1:

The selected line does not contain an appropriate number for sending a message, showing this error: Messages via "Aloware: Send a Message" action in HubSpot Workflow is not working for this contact. We don't have a usable phone number on the selected line.

Error 2:

When the selected line is empty or lacks a phone number.
