The contact and company card sharing in Aloware Talk enables users to quickly share contact details during SMS conversations. This simplifies the process of providing accurate and professional contact or business information.
Steps to send a contact or company card
Open a conversation
Go to the message thread in Aloware Talk where you need to send a card.
Choose the card type
In the message box, click the icon to open the card options. Select either contact card or company card.
Send the card
Once you’ve selected the card, click "send card". The card will be sent immediately to the recipient.
How to edit contact card details
You can update the information on your contact card before sending it.
Access the settings page
In the send card box, click on the “click here” link. This will open the settings page.
Update the information
Go to the Profile settings, and modify the contact details, such as the name, phone number, or line associated with the card.
Save changes
Save your updates. These changes will reflect when you send the card.
What to do if no lines are available
If no lines appear when editing or sending a contact or company card, you may need to add a personal line to proceed.
Add a personal line
Create a line through the admin settings.
