The Aloware email must match the HighLevel username/email account for the admin to connect HighLevel to Aloware.
Each user (agent) in Aloware and HighLevel should have the same email address to ensure their activities are properly reported in HighLevel.

How synchronization works between Aloware and HighLevel
Synchronization between Aloware and HighLevel is managed through matching email addresses. Data exchange occurs when the email addresses in both platforms match, ensuring seamless synchronization.
This method ensures that only relevant data is transferred between the systems.

Authenticating Aloware and HighLevel
Follow these steps to establish a successful integration between Aloware and HighLevel:
Step 1: Access integrations in Aloware
Step 2: Configure HighLevel integration
Go to the HighLevel card, and click the Settings button. This will take you to the HighLevel integration settings page.
Click the 'Authenticate' button and click on it. This action will initiate the process of validating your HighLevel account.
After authenticating, select the specific HighLevel account to integrate with Aloware.
Click the Proceed button allow Aloware as SMS Provider.
Step 3: Review Integration Settings
Upon selecting your HighLevel account, you will be directed to the HighLevel Integration Settings page.
You can review and configure the settings related to the integration:
General - Begin by checking the general integration status to ensure that all settings are correctly configured and the integration is functioning as expected.
Integration status - Check if the connection is successful or has failed.
Sync contacts - ensures that any updates to contact information in HighLevel automatically reflect in Aloware, keeping your contact details in both systems aligned.
Push contacts - enables users to transfer contacts from Aloware to HighLevel.
Pull contacts - enables users to transfer contacts from HighLevel to Aloware.

Handling multiple sub-accounts in HighLevel
If a user has multiple sub-accounts in HighLevel, Aloware will connect with the specific sub-account where the email address matches the one in Aloware. This ensures data is linked only to the relevant account.
Shared email addresses across sub-accounts
In cases where the same email address is used across multiple sub-accounts in HighLevel, contacts from all linked sub-accounts synchronize into Aloware, providing comprehensive data synchronization.

Sync users - The "Sync Users" button makes syncing Aloware users with HighLevel easy, avoiding manual user creation.
Upon completion, the sync process will provide exact updates, including the time of the last update. This process isn't automatic; you need to initiate it manually.
Aloware Line to send from - choose an Aloware line to send text messages from within HighLevel. This allows you to select the default line you wish to use for your SMS communications in the HighLevel platform.
You will receive a notification once the contacts and users have successfully synced.
Filters - set up filters to refine the data that is transferred between the two platforms.
Choose events to send - By default, all HighLevel events will be enabled. You can customize the events by filtering specific criteria. If you choose to apply a filter but do not select any options for that filter, no events will be sent.
Type - Specify the communication type you wish to transfer, whether it is related to calls or SMS messages.
Don't create new contacts - Select whether or not you want to create new contacts in HighLevel through this integration.
Don't update contact information - If disabled, "Don't update contact information" any changes made to contact t details in Aloware will automatically synchronize with corresponding contact details in HighLevel.
Don't update contact owner - When you turn off both the 'Don't Update Contact Owners' and 'Don't Update Contact Information' filters, HighLevel and Aloware will update each other's "Contact Owner" information. After disabling these filters, the system ensures that contact owner details are correctly updated in HighLevel. Also, when new contacts are made, they are added to Aloware with their assigned contact owners.
Connection information - shows all the details about the HighLevel integration.
User Name - HighLevel account name.
User ID - Represent the user ID of the person who performed the installation.
Location ID - Present only for Sub-Account Access Token.
Company ID - HighLevel Company ID.
Once you have reviewed and configured these settings according to your needs, your Aloware and HighLevel integration is ready.
How to find the synced contacts in Aloware Talk
To find contacts in Aloware Talk, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your Aloware Talk account.
On the Aloware Talk dashboard, locate and click on the "Contacts" menu.
Find HighLevel imports - In the Contacts page, you will see contacts synced from HighLevel to Aloware Integration, tagged as "HighLevel Import."
Click on one of the imported contacts to view its profile.
View contact details - Inside the contact's profile, you can see all the associated contact details, such as their name, phone number, email, and other relevant information.
Check integration card - To get a quick look at the main info about the HighLevel integration, check the "Integration" card marked as "HighLevel." This card will show if the data is syncing correctly. If you find any issues with the contact's info, click the "Sync with HighLevel" button to fix it.
