Integrating Aloware with your CRM and other business tools helps your team work more efficiently by keeping communication and customer data in one place. Instead of switching between platforms, you can sync contact information, track conversations, and even make calls directly inside Aloware.
Step 1: Access the Integrations page
Log in to your Aloware Admin account.
Click Integrations.
Select Integrations to view all available connection options.
Step 2: Choose the integration type
Aloware supports multiple integration categories. Select one based on your business needs. You can enable only one CRM integration at a time.
