About Aloware and HubSpot authentication
When you connect Aloware and HubSpot, you can make a one-way or two-way sync between the two to link all of your customer information in one platform.
Integration Prerequisites
Before you begin integrating Aloware with HubSpot, there are a few important prerequisites to keep in mind:
Admin access - only Admins can enable the Aloware and HubSpot integration.
Permission to access the HubSpot app marketplace.
Click "settings". Within the "account setup", select "integration", and then select "connected apps".
Click on the "visit app marketplace" button.
In the "app marketplace", search for "Aloware" and select "install app.
Upon successful installation, Aloware will be visible in the "connected apps" section. For more detailed instructions, you can refer to HubSpot's guide on connecting apps to HubSpot.
Matching email addresses - Aloware email should be the same as the HubSpot username/ email account. In your HubSpot account, navigate to the "settings" section.
Connecting Aloware and HubSpot
In your Aloware account, navigate to the integrations tab.
Go to the HubSpot card, and click the settings button.
Click the "authenticate" button to validate your HubSpot account. It will redirect you to the HubSpot page requesting authentication.
Follow through HubSpot steps/prompts to connect Aloware and HubSpot.
Once you select a HubSpot account to integrate, click the connect button.
You will be redirected back to the HubSpot integration settings page.
Re-authenticate
If the HubSpot Integration is already authenticated, but the features aren't showing or functioning yet, you'll need to " Re-Authenticate" HubSpot again.
To re-authenticate, go to HubSpot Integration Settings and click "Re-Authenticate."
Other settings
After connecting your Aloware and HubSpot, you need to sync your HubSpot contacts to Aloware and configure settings.
