Prerequisite
If you have already integrated HighLevel and Aloware, you need to re-authenticate through the Aloware/HighLevel Integration Settings. This step is essential to ensure the Aloware SMS Provider is successfully connected with HighLevel.
Setting up your Aloware Line in HighLevel
Navigate to Settings
Log into your HighLevel account and navigate to the "Settings" menu. Click the "Phone Numbers" section to start setting up.
Advanced Settings
In the Phone Numbers section, find and click on the "Advanced Settings" tab. Here, you can choose Aloware as your SMS provider. The default line should be assigned in Aloware.
Save Your Settings
After selecting Aloware as your SMS provider, click "Save" to keep your changes. This step completes the setup, and you can start using Aloware's advanced messaging features in your HighLevel account.
Sending a Message in HighLevel using Aloware SMS Messenger
To send a message, navigate the Contacts menu and select a contact to message.
Enter your message in the conversations, and click Send. This will send the message using the Line assigned to your HighLevel account.
It also supports different media types, including MMS, GIFs, WAV, JPEG, PNG, CSV, and MP4s.
The message also syncs in Aloware Talk.
Viewing Message Logs
The contact's messages logs are in the 'Notes' tab. It displays the following:
Aloware Line - The line used for sending the message.
Message - Displays the sent message.
Date - Shows the date and time the message was sent.
