How to login to Aloware Talk
Agents can log in to Aloware Talk by following these steps:
Go to the login page
Visit https://talk.aloware.com.
Enter your credentials
Use the email address and password provided by your admin or supervisor.
Complete the CAPTCHA check
Tick the "I'm not a robot" box to pass the security check.
Click the Verify button
After verification, click Login to proceed.
Check for the 2FA prompt
A message will appear: “Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Email Sent.”
Retrieve the 6-digit code
Check your email inbox for the 2FA code. This code is only valid for 15 minutes.
Enter the code
Input the 6-digit code into the verification box on the login page.(Optional) Use 'Keep me signed in'
You can check Keep me signed in to stay logged in on the same device for up to 30 days. This reduces the need for 2FA each time.
What can you do after logging in
Once successfully logged in, agents will have access to their call queue, where they can manage incoming and outgoing calls. They can initiate outbound calls directly from the interface and answer any incoming calls routed to them.
Additionally, agents can listen to call recordings for reference, review the history of past calls, and add or view notes associated with each interaction. These features help agents stay organized and maintain context during customer conversations.
