Steps to log in to Aloware
Access the login page
Go to https://app.aloware.com/ to open the Aloware login page.
Enter your credentials
Type your email address and password in the provided fields.
Complete reCAPTCHA verification
Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox to activate reCAPTCHA.
Click the sign in button
After completing reCAPTCHA, click Sign in to continue.
Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
After clicking "Sign in", a "Two-factor authentication (2FA) email sent" modal will appear. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the modal to proceed. The code expired in 15 minutes.
Take note that each time you log in, you must complete 2FA.
However, if you choose 'keep me signed in,' you won't need to log in each time you use the same device. The 'Keep me signed in' option resets every 30 days.
Successful login and redirection
Once the 2FA code is verified, a success notification will appear, and you'll be redirected to the Aloware platform.
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.
