Changing password via Profile settings
If you're already logged in and want to proactively update your password, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Settings menu in Aloware Talk.
Under Profile Settings, locate the Change Password section.
Click the toggle button and enter your new password in the provided field.
Confirm the new password by re-entering it in the confirmation field.
Click Save to finalize the password update.
Using the "Forgot Password" option
If you've forgotten your password or cannot log in, follow these steps to reset it:
On the login page, click the Forgot Password button.
In the Reset Password page, enter the email address associated with your Aloware account.
Complete the verification process by checking the reCAPTCHA box.
Click the Send Reset Link button. A confirmation message will notify you that a reset link has been sent to your email.
Check your inbox for the reset email and click the link provided.
Enter your email address, create a new password, and confirm the new password in the appropriate fields.
Click reset password to save your changes. A notification will confirm your password has been successfully reset. If you don't see the reset link in your inbox, check your spam folder.
