What is voicemail drop feature?
The voicemail drop feature in Aloware Talk allows you to create and store a library of pre-recorded messages. These messages can be inserted directly into a contact’s voicemail during an outbound call.
This feature is ideal for:
Sales teams leaving similar follow-up messages
Support staff providing standard responses
Agents reducing time spent on repetitive voicemail recordings
Before you can use VM Drop during calls, you must set up your voicemail drop library. If you have not done this yet, follow the voicemail drop setup guide.
