Integration Prerequisites
Only Admins can integrate Zoho with Aloware
Connecting Zoho with Aloware
In your Aloware account, navigate to the Integrations menu.
Go to the Zoho card, and click the Settings button.
In the Zoho Integration Settings page, click the Authenticate button to validate your Zoho account.
When you click the Authenticate button, it will redirect you to the Zoho page requesting authentication.
Connection Status
Click the "Check Connection" button to know if your connection to Zoho is still working.
Connected - successfully connected and working.
Failed - An email notification will be sent to the admin if integration fails. You also need to click the "Re-Authenticate" button to reconnect your Zoho account.
Note that if you have exceeded the number of integration requests, you must wait for 24 hours to re-authenticate.
Re-authenticate
If the Zoho Integration is already authenticated, but the features aren't showing or functioning yet, you'll need to " Re-Authenticate" Zoho again.
To re-authenticate, go to Zoho Integration Settings, and click the "Re-Authenticate" button.
