Issue: HubSpot Data Doesn't Appear for Contacts in Aloware
When using the Power Dialer with the Open CRM Links option, HubSpot data does not appear for contacts when using the Power Dialer (see screenshot below); it is likely because your browser's third-party cookies are disabled.
Fix: Enable 3rd Party Cookies for Aloware & HubSpot Domains
Allow Aloware & HubSpot Access to Third-party Cookies in Chrome
Aloware and HubSpot rely on third-party cookies to give you access to HubSpot data through its iframe in Aloware. Add Aloware & HubSpot domains as exceptions to Chrome's 3rd Party Cookie Settings.
To fix this, in your Chrome browser, select the 3-dotted lines and select Settings.
Search for "third" in the search bar > select the Cookies and other site data.
Under the See all cookies and site data > Click the Add button.
Add the following sites:
Refresh your Chrome browser.
You should now be able to make HubSpot calls using the Aloware Dialer without any issues.
To confirm that the issue has been resolved, follow these steps:
Go to the Aloware tab in your browser.
Refresh the page to ensure any changes take effect.
Start a power dialing session.
Select the "Open CRM link" option.
Once the power dialing session begins, you should see the HubSpot iframe appear on the Power Dialer page.
