Issue: Aloware is not working

In resolving Aloware issues about updating, installing, or connectivity, you can try the steps below as a start, then reach us at support.aloware.com if all else fails.

Check your Aloware Status

  1. Visit status.aloware.com to check for any reported issues with the web app, API, or other services.

  2. If everything shows as green, your system is functioning properly.

  3. If there are red indicators, report the issue to your Admin and contact our support team at support.aloware.com for assistance.

Enable Third-Party Cookies

If you experience issues when using Aloware functions, your Chrome's third-party cookies might be disabled. You should add Aloware domains as exceptions to Chrome's 3rd Party Cookie Settings.

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu at the top-right corner, then select "Settings."

  2. In the search bar at the top, type "third-party cookies" and select "Cookies and other site data."

  3. Under "Sites that can always use cookies," add app.aloware.com and make sure it's enabled by checking the box.

  4. Click "Add" to confirm, and then refresh your Aloware browser tab.
