Aloware won't load or connect: Status check and cookie fixes

Aloware not loading or connecting? Check status.aloware.com and enable third-party cookies in Chrome for Aloware domains to fix it.

If Aloware fails to load, install, or connect, the two checks below resolve most cases. If neither works, contact support at support.aloware.com.

Check the Aloware status

The status page reports any active outages affecting the web app, API, and related services. To check it:

  1. Open status.aloware.com.

  2. Confirm whether services show green (operating normally) or red (a reported issue).

  3. If you see red indicators, notify your Admin and contact support at support.aloware.com.

Enable third-party cookies in Chrome

Aloware needs third-party cookies to run its in-app functions. If Chrome blocks them, parts of the app stop working. Add the Aloware domain as an exception:

  1. In Chrome, click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. In the search bar, type third-party cookies and select Cookies and other site data.

  3. Under Sites that can always use cookies, click Add and enter app.aloware.com.

  4. Confirm the entry is enabled, then refresh your Aloware tab.
