Our guide helps you retrieve call details for support assistance in Aloware Talk. If you encounter an issue during a call, follow these steps to easily share the relevant information with Aloware Support.
Go to the Contacts link in Aloware Talk.
Search for the contact name, or phone number associated with the call you wish to grab a link to.
Click to open the contact record of the caller you experienced the problem with.
Click the "expand" icon to expand the details of the call you experienced the issue with.
Click "More Details".
Copy the URL/link in the browser to share with Aloware Support.
