Aloware includes a feature that allows you to remove a contact from all power dialer lists. This ensures that agents don't contact someone who should no longer be reached. If a contact has been added by mistake, this feature can prevent future calls to them.

For instance, if you run a real estate agency and use Aloware and HubSpot to manage leads and client communications, you might accidentally add a past client who has already bought a house to your power dialer list. Using this feature, you can promptly remove them from all lists.


Removing a contact from power dialer lists

  1. Log in to your Aloware Talk account. Click on the Power Dialer menu.

  2. Find and select the contact you want to remove. This ensures that the specific contact is removed from all your Power Dialer lists.

  3. In your HubSpot account, go to the workflow section and add the action Aloware: Remove Contact from Power Dialer.

  4. Manually enroll the contact you wish to remove.


Confirmation

Check your power dialer lists in Aloware Talk to confirm that the contact has been successfully removed.

By following these steps, you ensure that your contact lists remain accurate and your agents avoid contacting someone by mistake. This feature contributes to efficient operations and supports a respectful approach to communication.
