Managing Power Dialer Lists in Aloware: Removing Contacts Efficiently
Removing a contact from all Power Dialer lists, including 'My Queue,' is essential for Aloware admins. This feature allows admins to efficiently manage workflows by adding a single sequence step that applies to all users within the company. This saves time and effort by avoiding the need to create individual steps for each user.
Use Case
Imagine a real estate company with many agents making outbound calls to potential clients. Each agent has their own Power Dialer list. To prevent agents from repeatedly contacting prospects who have already engaged with the company, the admin must regularly update and clean the contact lists. Previously, this meant manually removing such contacts from each agent's Power Dialer list, which was time-consuming and error-prone.
Creating a Power Dialer Step
The Power Dialer step allows you to remove contacts from selected Power Dialer lists. Here’s how to create this step:
Access Sequences Menu - Navigate to the Sequence menu and create a new sequence. Follow this guide to start creating your sequence.
Add a Power Dialer Step - In the sequence, add a step called "Remove from Power Dialer."
Set the Delay
No Delay - The call is made immediately.
Default Delay - Choose the duration of the delay in minutes, hours, or days.
Time of Day - Schedule calls for a specific time, such as next Monday at 10 AM.
User - Choose the Power Dialer user whose list you want the enrolled contact to be removed from.
Power Dialer List - Select the Power Dialer user's list from which you want the enrolled contact to be removed.
Click the "Save Settings" button to confirm your configurations.
Enable the sequence to activate the removal process.
Click the "+Enroll Contacts" button to add contacts you want to remove from the list. You can monitor the process in the History tab.
Removing a Contact in All Power Dialer Lists
To remove a contact from all Power Dialer lists, including 'My Queue':
Toggle the "Remove from All Users' Power Dialer Lists" button - This option allows you to remove the contact from every user's Power Dialer list in the company.
Following these steps ensures effective management of your Power Dialer lists, keeping them current and relevant to your outreach efforts.
