Dynamic Lists in Aloware automatically update based on specific criteria you set, ensuring your contacts are always organized and relevant. Public Lists are shared across all agents in your organization, allowing everyone to access and work from the same contact list. Agents can customize filters for their view without altering the public list.

Follow these steps to create and share a dynamic contact list in Aloware:

  1. Access Aloware Talk. First, navigate to Aloware Talk, then go to the Contacts section.

  2. Create a New Dynamic List

    1. In the My Lists section, click the "+" sign.

    2. Select List, then choose Dynamic List.

    3. Name your list and click Create.

  3. Set Filters

    1. Apply your desired filters. For example, set the filter to show contacts who did not answer in the last month.

    2. Once the list populates, click Save.

  4. Make the List Public

    1. Go to Aloware Admin, then click the Lists menu.

    2. Toggle the button under the Show Public List column. This will make the list visible to all agents.

Note - Agents can still adjust the filters for their view only. These changes won't affect the public version of the list, which is why the Save button is greyed out for them.
