Broadcast filters in Aloware Talk make it simple to refine your contact lists and reach the right audience. These filters help you easily target specific groups, ensuring your broadcasts connect with the most relevant contacts.

This guide will walk you through the different filter options and how to use them effectively.

What are broadcast filters?

Broadcast filters allow you to select and narrow down your contact lists based on specific criteria. Whether you’re looking to contact people based on their location, communication history, or other custom fields, these filters ensure you can create focused lists that drive better engagement.

Why use broadcast filters?

Broadcast filters make it easy to manage your contact lists and improve your outreach. Here’s how they benefit you:

  1. Reach the right people - focus your calls or messages on specific groups of contacts, increasing the chances of meaningful interactions.

  2. Save time - quickly narrow down your contact list to only those who meet your criteria, avoiding the need to manually review long lists.

  3. Improve efficiency - organize your contacts by important details (like location or engagement history) to streamline your communication process.

  4. Stay compliant - use filters to ensure you’re adhering to regulations like TCPA and avoiding contacts who have opted out.

By using broadcast filters, you make your communication more targeted, efficient, and compliant, helping you get better results from your outreach efforts.

Combining multiple filters

You can combine multiple filters to create even more specific contact lists. Use “And” or “Or” conditions to refine your list:

  1. And condition - contacts must meet all selected criteria (e.g., contacts with a recent engagement and specific tags).

  2. Or condition - contacts must meet at least one of the criteria (e.g., contacts with a recent engagement or specific tags).

Broadcast filters in Aloware Talk help you manage your contact lists more effectively. By applying these filters, you can ensure your broadcasts reach the right people, making your communication process more efficient. Using filters simplifies your workflow and improves how you connect with your contacts.
