What is the minimum license count?
When you sign a quote or contract with Aloware, you agree to purchase and renew a specified minimum number of licenses. This minimum license count ensures that even if users are deleted or suspended, your total active licenses will not fall below the agreed minimum. If your account has fewer users than your minimum license count, you'll still be charged for the full value of your contractual agreement.
Example: Suppose your contract requires you to maintain a minimum of 10 licenses. Even if you only have 7 active users, you will still be charged for all 10 license count, you'll still be charged for the full value of your contractual agreement.
Viewing license count in Aloware
As an Aloware admin, you can monitor your license count easily. To do this:
Navigate to the users dashboard where you'll see a summary of active users and licenses.
The dashboard will display the current number of active licenses in relation to your contracted minimum.
