How to access the AloAi feature

  1. Navigate to Aloware Talk

    1. Login to Aloware Talk and open the contacts tab.

    2. Ensure your user account has access to AloAi Voice Analytics:

      • Confirm with your admin if you’re unsure.

      • Look for access confirmation within the modal on the Contacts tab interface.

  2. Locate contact's call history

    1. Select a contact within the Contacts tab.

    2. Navigate to their Call History and open the relevant Call Detail Record (CDR).

    3. Click on the “Show Transcription” button to open the AloAi Voice Analytics panel.

  3. Open the Ask AloAi Tab

    Inside the Voice Analytics panel, click on the third tab labeled “Ask AloAi”.

Suggested questions

The Ask AloAi interface provides predefined questions to help you quickly gain insights. Examples of suggested predefined questions include:

  • “What are the main objections?”

  • “What does the customer care about most?”

  • “Does the customer object to pricing?”

To use these questions, simply click on the query text, and the AI will automatically process the transcription to find relevant insights.

Reviewing responses

  1. AI-generated responses will include a summary or highlighted portions of the text transcription for easy reference.

  2. Relevant parts of the transcription are clearly highlighted, allowing you to navigate to critical points in the conversation quickly.

  3. For greater context - Use the “Play” button to listen to the audio associated with the highlighted transcript sections.

Using Custom Queries

The Ask AloAi feature also supports custom queries that you enter manually. This enables a deeper dive into specific aspects of customer interactions.

  1. Locate the text box in the Ask AloAi interface.

  2. Type your question, such as:

    • “What specific features did the customer request?”

    • “What is the customer’s sentiment about product pricing?”

  3. The AI will process your query and generate a relevant answer while highlighting related transcript sections for quick verification.

Tips for custom queries: Consider using clear, action-oriented phrases when crafting queries for faster and more accurate responses.


Navigation tools and additional features

Interactive tools for transcription review

  1. Speaker separation - distinguish between speaker inputs for clarity.

    1. Phrase-specific timestamps - review the exact moments mentioned within the transcription.

    2. Chat history analysis - use text highlights from conversations to identify key trends and patterns.

Visibility and context

Playback audio - listen to any part of the conversation at a specific timestamp. Both predefined and custom queries will visually mark insights within the transcript, making it easier to spot:

  1. Objections

  2. Customer preferences

  3. Resolved issues or areas requiring follow-ups

Copy made easy

Use the “Copy Text” button to export AI-generated responses or sections of transcription to share with team members or include in reports.
