Accessing your lists
To access your lists in Aloware Talk, click on the Lists option in the sidebar menu. This will display all your lists, both public and private.
For quicker access, use the quick search feature. Type a relevant keyword or part of the list name to find it without scrolling through numerous options.
Creating lists
Creating a list is straightforward and similar to the process used by admins. Click the create new list button located at the top or side of the List Management Utility.
Enter the following details:
Name - provide a describe name for your new list.
Visibility - the default setting is private.
Type - choose whether the list will be static or dynamic.
If you want to create a list for an upcoming "Winter Campaign," you would name it "Winter Campaign Leads," set the visibility as "Public" or "Private", and select the type as "Static" or "Dynamic" based on your needs.
Understanding list ownership
You can determine who owns a list by checking the user field. This helps you identify which lists are public or private and who is responsible for managing them.
If you want to assign a list to another user, click the three-dot menu in the activity column and select either a user or a ring group.
When selecting Also distribute assigned contacts, the tool will distribute contacts even among existing owners, which means that contact ownership may change. By default, it distributes only unassigned contacts.
Grouping personal follow-up lists
To keep track of different follow-up activities, create folders for categories like sales leads. Organizing your lists into these folders can help maintain a structured approach to tasks.
To move a list into a folder, click the three-dot menu in the actions column beside the list and select Move list. Then choose the appropriate folder.
Integration with other tools
Integrating with the power dialer
You can add lists in power dialer campaigns directly from the list management utility. Click the three-dot menu in the actions column, then select Add List to Power Dialer to add contacts to the dialing queue, or choose from existing power dialer lists.
Adding list in Sequences and bulk actions
To add lists utilized in automated sequences and bulk messaging actions, ensure they are easily accessible. Click the three-dot menu in the actions column and select Enroll to Sequence, then choose from the available sequences for enrolling contacts.
