How to review and download call recordings in Aloware Talk
Call recordings in Aloware Talk are useful for training, quality assurance, or keeping a record of customer interactions. Once a call is recorded, you can review it directly from the contact’s profile and download it for offline access.

Step 1: Locate the contact’s call record
Log in to your Aloware Talk account.
From the sidebar menu, go to Communications.
Search for and select the contact whose call you want to review.
Step 2: Play the call recording
In the contact’s profile, scroll through their communication history until you find the recorded call.
Step 3 (Optional): Access the recording via transcript view
From the Communications menu, click Show Transcript.
Then, click the Download icon to save the recording.Or, in the communications menu, click Show Transcript.
Step 4: Save the call recording
Save the file to your preferred location on your computer for offline playback or archiving.
Note: If you don’t see a call recording, make sure call recording is enabled for your account or user profile. Recording availability depends on your outbound or inbound call settings.
