At the bottom of the Communications page, you'll find navigation buttons that allow you to switch between different communication channels:
Inbox - Access your message inbox.
Channels - Explore the available communication channels.
Calls - View your call history with ease.
Messages - Access your text messages conveniently.
Select from the list of communications to see the history.
You can modify the message's task status by clicking the three-dot menu and choosing from options such as "Move to Pending," "Reopen," or "Mark as Closed."
Mentions - Quickly find messages that mention you.
