In Aloware, there are specific limits in place for the number of action requests that can be made.

An account can send a maximum of 5,000 requests per minute.

When you send requests to Aloware, they are placed in a queue and processed in the order they are received.

The actual speed at which messages are sent out may be slower and is influenced by several factors:

  1. Type of phone number (local or toll-free) - The type of phone number you are using, whether it's a local or toll-free number, can impact the sending speed.

  2. A2P 10DLC or Toll-free verified registration + Brand (TCR) score + Campaign limitations - These factors, including your A2P 10DLC or Toll-Free Verified registration, your Brand (TCR) score, and any campaign limitations, can also affect the rate at which messages are sent.

  3. Number of phone numbers in the line - The number of phone numbers you have in your line can determine the rate at which you can send large volumes of texts.

To gauge your messaging capabilities more accurately, you can calculate your Messages per Second (MPS) ratio. This calculation will help you determine how many phone numbers you need to efficiently send a large volume of texts.

If you exceed your messaging request limit, Aloware will respond to your requests with an HTTP 429 status code or an Error code 20429, indicating "Too Many Requests".
