Setting Up Custom Contact Fields in Aloware
Every Aloware contact includes standard fields like first name, last name, and company name.
If you need to track additional information specific to your business, you can create custom contact fields and optionally map them to sync with HubSpot.
Before you start
You need access to an Aloware admin account to manage custom contact fields.
Add a custom contact field
In your Aloware admin account, navigate to the Account menu.
Go to the contact custom fields tab.
Click the add new button or the add new custom field button.
Complete the details:
Name - provide a name to your custom field.
Key - only lowercase characters, numbers, and underscores are allowed. Example: "middle_name".
Description - describe the field.
Click the save button to successfully add your custom contact field.
Confirm the field was added
