Setting up and syncing HubSpot call types in Aloware

The integration between HubSpot and Aloware enhances call management by adding fields for recording call disposition (HubSpot Call Outcome) and call type (HubSpot Meeting Types). These fields align with predefined call types in HubSpot and ensure real-time synchronization for accurate data and efficient workflow.

Prerequisite

  1. Successful integration of HubSpot and Aloware.

How does it work?

In Aloware, selecting the pull activity option synchronizes the call types you’ve set up in HubSpot, making them available in Aloware. This ensures that the call types visible in Aloware are directly imported from HubSpot. You can customize these call types to suit various needs, such as sales or support

Syncing call types in Aloware

  1. In Aloware admin, go to integrations > HubSpot > Settings.

  2. Click the pull activity types button. It will pull your HubSpot call types to Aloware.


What happens after a call in Aloware?

When the call ends, you will see the field HubSpot type and select the activity type.
