How does it work?
In Aloware, selecting the pull activity option synchronizes the call types you’ve set up in HubSpot, making them available in Aloware. This ensures that the call types visible in Aloware are directly imported from HubSpot. You can customize these call types to suit various needs, such as sales or support
Syncing call types to Aloware
In Aloware admin, go to integrations > HubSpot > settings.
Select the Sync tab and click the Pull Activity Types button to import your HubSpot call types into Aloware.
What happens after a call in Aloware?
After each call ends, agents will see a HubSpot Type field n the call wrap-up screen. Here, they can select the appropriate activity type from your synchronized HubSpot call types.
