Exporting Call and Contact Disposition Reports in Aloware

To export call and contact disposition reports in Aloware, follow these steps:

  1. Accessing Report Settings

    1. Go to the Reports menu in your Aloware dashboard.

    2. Click on the Settings icon to access Activity Reporting.

    3. Choose "Call Dispositions" and "Contact Dispositions" from the available options.

    4. Click the Save button.

  2. Viewing Active Reports

    The selected report activity will be highlighted in green, indicating it as your active report.


Call Dispositions Report

  1. This report displays the following:

    1. Call Disposition Status and the total column.

    2. Total Calls.

    3. Total Inbound Calls.

    4. Total Outbound Calls.

    5. A data that is presented in a tabular format for easy comprehension.

  2. Exporting Call Dispositions

    1. You can export the table in CSV format for further analysis.


Contact Dispositions Report

  1. This report showcases:

    1. Contact Disposition Status and its total.

    2. Total disposed contacts.

    3. The data is also presented in a tabular format.

  2. Exporting Contact Dispositions

    1. Similar to call dispositions, you can export the table as displayed in CSV format.

    2. Additionally, you have the option to group the data by date or by agent for better analysis.

By following these steps, you can effortlessly export call and contact disposition reports from Aloware, enabling you to analyze and optimize your sales processes effectively.
