The Remove from all power dialer lists option allows users to quickly delete a contact from every power dialer list they are part of. This ensures that contacts who should not be dialed, such as those marked as Do Not Contact (DNC) or those irrelevant to current campaigns, are no longer included in power dialer activities.

What problem does this solve?

When managing large-scale dialing campaigns, it’s critical to maintain clean, compliant contact lists. This feature:

  • Ensures contacts marked as DNC are fully removed from all dialing campaigns.

  • Saves time by eliminating the need to manually remove contacts from multiple lists.

  • Helps streamline campaign efforts by keeping lists relevant and up to date.

How can a business admin use this?

Admins can use the remove from all power dialer lists option to:

  1. Ensure compliance - remove DNC contacts to meet regulatory requirements.

  2. Simplify management - avoid the hassle of manually checking and updating each power dialer list.

  3. Optimize campaigns - focus only on contacts who are still eligible and relevant for outreach.

By centralizing contact removal, admins maintain control over list hygiene and campaign accuracy.

How can an agent use this?

Here’s how you can remove a contact from all power dialer lists:

  1. Find the contact - navigate to the contact’s profile or details page.

  2. Click the red icon - locate and click the red icon in the contact information section. This represents the remove from all power dialer lists option.

  3. Confirm the action - a confirmation modal will appear to ensure the action is intentional. Click Yes, I’m sure to proceed.

Once confirmed, the contact will be removed from every power dialer list they are associated with.

Note - If a contact is not part of any power dialer lists, the red icon will be disabled.

How does this relate to our other tools?

The remove from all power dialer lists option integrates with the power dialer to enhance list management capabilities. It complements tools like list segmentation, compliance settings, and campaign management, ensuring your outreach remains targeted, compliant, and efficient.

Important configuration to note

  • Scope of action - this option removes the contact from all power dialer lists they are part of. It does not allow for selective list removal.

  • Confirmation required - a confirmation modal prevents accidental deletions, giving users full control over the action.

  • Permanent removal - once removed, the contact is no longer part of any power dialer campaigns unless manually re-added.

Using the remove from all power dialer lists option ensures your campaigns stay compliant, focused, and effective while reducing manual efforts.
