What is Recurring Credit Purchase Agreement (RCPA)?

The Recurring Credit Purchase Agreement (RCPA) is designed to make sure your Aloware account always has enough credits for your core needs—agent enrollments, calls, texts, carrier fees, and automation-related charges tied to your subscription.

Think of RCPA as an automatic safety net: it keeps your credits topped up each billing cycle, so you never have to worry about running out or manually adding more. With RCPA, you get peace of mind, prevent service interruptions, and your credits always come in at full value—no proration and no surprises.

Eligibility and tier options

RCPA is available to customers on our iPro +AI, uPro +AI, or xPro +AI subscription plans. To use this feature, you'll just need to ensure your account has an active credit card on file with auto-collection turned on.

With RCPA enabled, you can choose the credit tier that best matches your business usage. Each tier comes with a base credit amount plus valuable bonus credits—the more you commit, the bigger your bonus. For instance:

  • $500 tier gives you $550 in credits (a 10% bonus)

  • $10,000 tier gives you $13,000 in credits (a 30% bonus)

Not sure which tier or plan is right for your business? Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) is always ready to help you review your needs and optimize your setup.

How does RCPA work across different billing cycles?

RCPA is designed to fit seamlessly into whichever billing frequency your business prefers:

Monthly billing - your selected credits (including bonuses) are automatically added at the start of every month.

Quarterly billing - for accounts on quarterly billing, RCPA offers flexibility based on how you prefer to receive your credits:

  • Quarterly RCPA - you’re charged once every three (3) months, and the full credit amount for the quarter is applied to your account all at once. This works well for teams with heavier upfront usage or those who prefer managing a larger credit pool per quarter.

  • Monthly RCPA - you’re still charged once per quarter, but credits are released monthly. This option is ideal if your usage is more consistent month-to-month and you prefer credits to arrive in smaller, regular increments.

Annual billing - if you’re on an annual plan, RCPA can also be structured based on your credit delivery preference:

  • Annual RCPA - you’re charged once for the entire year, and your full annual credits are added upfront. This is great for businesses with seasonal spikes or those that want maximum flexibility from day one.

  • Monthly RCPA - you’re still charged annually, but your credits are distributed monthly. This is useful if your operations run on a steady monthly cadence and you want a predictable credit flow aligned with your usage.

All credits—including bonuses—are always issued at 100% of their value, with no proration. Any unused credits automatically roll over to your next billing cycle, so you never lose value no matter how your needs change from month to month.

Managing and tracking your RCPA

Your credit balance is automatically replenished each billing cycle through RCPA, so you never have to worry about manual top-ups. To keep track of your credits and how they’re being used, follow these steps:

View your credit balance

Access your current credit balance directly from the Aloware admin dashboard for a real-time snapshot.

Monitor usage details

Go to Account Menu > Usage to see a detailed breakdown of how credits are spent on calls, texts, AloAi enrollments, and automations.

Use the search and filter features in the Usage section to view transactions related specifically to “Bonus Recurring Credits” and “Recurring Credits.” This helps you see your RCPA allocations and any bonus amounts at a glance.
