Aloware provides labels of phone numbers for easy identification, which are divided into three types:
Major Types (LRN) - Landline, Wireless, VOIP, Other
Prioritization Types - Primary
Incorrect Types - Invalid Number, Wrong Number
Major Types of Location Routing Numbers (LRN)
Aloware offers an LRN API designed to effortlessly retrieve phone number details and maintain your contact database. Whenever a new phone number is added, Aloware automatically categorizes it into one of these types:
Landline
Wireless
VOIP - Allows phone calls through your internet connection
Other
Please note that there is a nominal charge of $0.002 (two-tenths of a cent) for each LRN lookup.

Prioritization Type: Primary Number
The primary number is the default number Aloware associates with the contact.
Here is an example screenshot of a contact displaying the primary number associated with it.
For contacts with multiple numbers, you can manually set the primary number interchangeably.
Incorrect Types
To maintain a healthy contact list, Aloware added features that can detect invalid numbers and where agents can change the contact's number status to "Wrong Number" after a call. In this way, Aloware can avoid these numbers for automated campaigns and lead calls.

Invalid Number
When making a call, sending a text, or fax, Aloware will receive an error if the number is not supported by a carrier. If this happens, Aloware automatically skips the call and labels the number with "Invalid Number."
There are multiple ways that the carrier sends an error and flags the number:
Flagged by texting - When texting a contact and our carrier returns an error, the phone number being used will be automatically flagged as invalid and will not be usable anymore on our texting service.
Flagged by faxing - When sending a fax and our carrier returns an error, the phone number being used will be automatically flagged as invalid and will not be usable anymore on our fax service.
Flagged by calling - When calling and our carrier returns an error, the phone number being used will be automatically flagged as invalid and will not be usable anymore on our calling service.
