Aloware Talk allows agents to engage with customers through multiple channels, including email. This guide shows you how to send an email to a contact directly from your account.
Prerequisite
Before sending an email, ensure the contact has an email address saved in their record.
Steps to send an email
Log in to your Aloware Talk account.
Go to the Contacts or Communications page.
Select the contact you want to email.
Confirm that the contact has an email address associated with their record.
In the message box, click Email, then compose your message (subject and body), select the line to send from.
Click Send Email to deliver the message.
