How to add HubSpot call type in Aloware Talk

This article explains how HubSpot's call management improves by working with Aloware. Aloware streamlines the process of logging call types and introduces separate fields for recording both the call disposition (HubSpot Call Outcome) and its type (HubSpot Meeting types), aligning with predefined call types in your HubSpot account.


Prerequisite

  1. Successful integration of HubSpot and Aloware.

  2. You need to set up call types in HubSpot. Aloware will use this information to categorize calls properly.

For instructions on how to do this, simply follow the guide provided by HubSpot.


How does it work?

By selecting "pull activity" in Aloware, it grabs the call types you've set in HubSpot and shows them in Aloware, so you can categorize your calls easily.

What this means is:

  • the call types you see in Aloware are the ones you've created in HubSpot.

  • you can customize these call types for different needs, like sales or support.


Syncing call types in Aloware

  1. In Aloware admin, go to integrations > HubSpot > settings.

  2. Click the pull activity types. It will pull your HubSpot call types to Aloware.


What happens after a call in Aloware?

When the call ends, you will see the field HubSpot type and select the activity type.
