Whether you're dealing with new leads or nurturing ongoing relationships, Aloware Admin provides a clear overview and actionable steps to keep your contact lists current and effective.

Understanding Net New Leads

"Net new leads" are new potential customers or contacts recently added Aloware. These leads have never been engaged with or recorded by your business before. They are fresh opportunities for you to reach out and potentially turn into customers, helping you distinguish between new prospects and previously engaged contacts.

Key Engagement Metrics in Aloware Admin Dashboard

  1. Total Contacts Engaged - Immediate insight into the scale of your customer interaction.

  2. Net New Leads Engaged - Quickly identify newly engaged potential customers.

  3. Net New Leads Unengaged - Effortlessly track leads that have not yet been engaged.

These features allow businesses to tailor their engagement strategies more effectively, ensuring that every lead is appropriately managed and that no opportunity is missed.
