Aloware makes managing your calls easier with the ability to hyperlink contact names. This guide shows you how to use this feature to access contact details quickly and efficiently.

Features and benefits

Contact names in Aloware are hyperlinked, allowing you to click a name to open the contact’s page and view their information. Hyperlinked names are highlighted in blue to indicate they can be clicked.

For first-time callers, a contact is automatically created, so the hyperlink works even if the contact was not previously in your system. This provides quick access to information and makes it easier to manage calls.

Using the hyperlinked contact name

When a call comes in, the caller’s name will appear in blue on the Aloware dialer if it is hyperlinked. Clicking the name opens the contact’s page, where you can view their information, call history, and notes without switching screens.

You can also click the linked name during or after the call to update records, add notes, or access additional details. Hyperlinked names make it easier to manage contacts and keep information up to date.
