Call dispositions are important for documenting the outcome of each call. For managers, having access to these reports is essential for evaluating how effectively their team handles calls.

By exporting call disposition reports, managers can precisely track the success rates of different types of calls. They can identify recurring issues, such as frequent "No Answer" or "Busy" tags, and pinpoint which strategies are leading to successful connections.

These reports provide concrete data that helps managers make informed decisions about training, resource allocation, and improving overall communication strategies to better meet customer needs.
