What is forced contact disposition?

Forced contact disposition ensures call documentation is completed immediately after a call. Users cannot make another call, navigate away, or change their status until the disposition is finalized, preventing missed details and ensuring thorough documentation.

How to enable forced contact disposition

To activate forced contact disposition, go to the account menu under calling settings. Note that only admins have the ability to adjust these settings.

  1. Log into your Aloware admin account.

  2. Go to Account menu > Calling settings.

  3. Toggle on the forced contact disposition option.

How forced contact disposition works

Once enabled, forced contact disposition requires you to complete documentation for each call before you can proceed.

  1. For outbound calls

After completing a call, you need to complete the disposition before you can make another call or change your status. The system pauses until you finalize the disposition, ensuring each call is properly documented.

  2. For power dialer sessions

Aloware highlights unfinished dispositions in red when you end a call. This ensures you complete the details before moving on. Once you finish, the timer restarts, and you can continue calling the next contact without skipping any steps.

How does this relate to other tools?

Contact dispositions can sync with CRM systems like HubSpot to ensure accurate records across platforms. This helps maintain data consistency and supports follow-ups. Some dispositions can also trigger automated actions, such as logging updates or sending notifications, improving workflow efficiency.
