What is the power dialer insights report?

The power dialer insights report is a dashboard that shows how the Power Dialer is being used across your organization.

Admins and supervisors can use it to monitor adoption, compare dialing methods, and review activity trends in Aloware Admin → Insights → Power Dialer.

The report includes three views:

  • Power dialer usage by user – shows how many calls each user makes using power dialer. This helps identify strong adoption and users who may need support.

  • Power dialer usage by team – displays total Power Dialer calls by team. This allows admins to compare performance and adoption across departments.

  • Manual vs. Power dialer comparison – breaks down total calls into power dialer and manual calls. This helps evaluate process compliance and reduce manual dialing overuse.

Each view can be filtered by Day, Week, Month, or a Custom date range to analyze trends over time.


What business challenges does it solve?

Teams often lack clear visibility into how the Power Dialer is being used. Without that insight, it becomes difficult to measure adoption, identify workflow gaps, or guide performance improvements.

This report addresses those gaps by showing how each user and team leverages the power dialer, highlighting differences between manual and automated dialing. With this comparison, leaders can spot inefficiencies, reduce reliance on manual calls, and support targeted coaching where it’s needed.


How do admins use the report?

  1. Accessing the report
    Navigate to Aloware Admin → Insights → Power Dialer. The call data loads automatically.

  2. Filtering by date
    Choose Day, Week, Month, or Custom range to analyze trends.

  3. Analyzing usage

    Switch between the three views:

    • Usage by user to see who is actively using the power dialer

    • Usage by team to compare adoption across departments

    • Manual vs. Power dialer comparison to check how much dialing is still being done manually


Integration with other Aloware tools

The Power Dialer Insights report is built directly into Aloware Admin, so it uses the same call data as your other reporting dashboards.

It automatically tracks:

  • Power dialer calls – calls placed through the power dialer workflow

  • Manual calls – calls dialed outside of power dialer

  • User and team associations – activity tied to the correct user and team for accurate reporting

  • Date-based trends – call data organized by the selected time range

Because it relies on the same call records as the rest of Insights, the numbers remain consistent with your overall call metrics. No external dashboards or manual exports are required.


Configuration requirements

To use the power dialer insights report, you need:

  • Admin or supervisor access – only users with reporting permissions can view the report.

  • Access to the Insights tab – the report is available under Insights in Aloware Admin.

No additional configuration is required. The system automatically records power dialer and manual call activity, and the report reflects data based on your selected date range.
